Cancellation Policy

 

When an Art Class is unable to run:

Watercolour in the Wild classes will only run with a full class of 4 people, any less than this and the class will be cancelled and all guests will be notified no less than 48 hours prior to the class starting.

On occasions where I have to cancel an event, a full refund will be available to the customer.

Other than in exceptional circumstances, cancellations will not take place with less than 48 hours notice.

Guests will primarily be notified of cancellations via email from paintthemoment@hotmail.co.uk,
and I may follow up by text or phone.

 

Cancellations by guests:

All bookings cancelled within 7 days of the class starting are entitled to a full refund,
any cancellations made after this time will receive a 50% refund of the total class cost.

Any “no show” bookings who have not emailed will not be refunded.

Commissions 

How to secure your booking:

Have you decided on what size you want? and what photo reference you want me to work from?
I work with high quality paper stock and graphite pencils to create an original portrait.

So that I can truly capture the character and personalities of the animals from your favourite photographs
please ensure that you have a high-quality reference photo(s) for me to work from.

Contact me via the form on my website, via email or social media and we can discuss your commission.

 

In order to secure your commission, I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit 

this can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

Once the payment has been made, the commission is booked in for you for my next available date,
or a date that we have discussed.
Please note that I do get booked up months in advance, so if you have a special date in mind,
I recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If we cannot get your commission on time
then I do also offer Gift Vouchers as an alternative, these will need to be paid in full before you receive the voucher.

Timescale and Shipping

 

What about the timescale?
It can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to complete your commission depending on the size, number of subjects and the complexity of the drawing(s), so please bare this in mind when looking into booking.
 

UK delivery is included in the cost of your portraits, and will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class and Signed,
if you require special Delivery for other countries, please contact my beforehand so we can find the cost for this.
